Flight delays, cancellations or diversions may sometimes be occasioned by weather, air traffic control, operational or service considerations. When this happens, we will endeavor to notify ticketed passengers and the public if the status of a flight changes. A change in the flight’s status is a cancellation, diversion, or a delay of more than 30 minutes. We will notify passengers and the public of any flight status changes within 30 minutes of learning of the change through all means available to us. We will make available the most current, accurate information about passengers’ flight’s status, and will do the following.

The arrival times for flights are not as accurate as for trains. There will always be some variance and professional drivers should be aware of this. We will rebook you to next available Airways flights or an alternative airline to your destination shown on the ticket within reasonable time without additional charge. If the fare and charges for the revised routing are lower than what you have paid, we shall refund the difference.
During flight delayed or cancelled, we will provide you essential service such as accommodation, meals, ground transportation as the situation requires.
If you don’t wish to travel, you can cancel your booking and get a refund from your original form of payment. If you booked through travel agents, please contact them to make refund; if you booked on Uganda Airways website, please make refund online or contact Uganda Airways offices
Stay Alert for Flight Notifications, on your travel day, check your flight status online using the airline’s app or a third-party app like Flight Aware Flight Tracker. The latter of these two stores your travel itinerary for added convenience. Delays of 30 minutes or longer will show on the airport’s flight status displays, but these apps often send real-time alerts sooner. When coping with a flight disruption, timing is everything.
If you are still anxious, we recommend doing the following. First, please contact the operating company ( Airport Transfer Entebbe) and driver if you have not boarded the plane and you are able to make contact because it’s a sign of unity or connections between the two of you.
Secondly, if you are experiencing delays during your flight, you are obviously unable to make contact from the plane. In this case, please contact the driver directly after you arrive in Uganda.
In the unlikely event of a major flight delay or cancellation, please be sure to contact the service provider and the driver. It is advisable to make contact as soon as possible, as cancellation fees may apply.
Cancellation policy, for a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
